The Vietnamese version is the official and legally binding version.
Important Notice
If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop using our services immediately.

Customer Obligations
Timely Payment
Make full payments on time as stated in the signed contract.
Provide Accurate Information
Submit complete, accurate, and updated information when changes occur.
Compliance with Regulations
Follow service usage rules and applicable laws.
Active Cooperation
Work proactively with us to ensure project success.
Confidentiality
Do not disclose confidential strategies or methods of our company.
Violation of Obligations
Breach of obligations may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.

4. Payment Terms
Payment Methods
Bank Transfer
Transfer via the company’s official bank account
E-Wallet
Pay via MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay, and other e-wallets
Cash
Pay in cash at the office (only applicable in certain cases)

Late Payment Policy
- • 2% penalty fee on the total amount for each overdue week
- • Service suspension after 15 days overdue
- • Contract termination after 30 days overdue
- • Customer bears all incurred legal expenses
Early Payment Benefits
- • 3% discount for payment 7 days in advance
- • 5% discount for payment 15 days in advance
- • 1 extra month of service for annual contracts
- • Priority 24/7 technical support
5. Service Cancellation
Service Cancellation Process
Submit Request
Send an email or call to notify intent to cancel service
Confirmation
We confirm and provide guidance on the cancellation process
Handover
Complete the handover of documents and data (if applicable)
Refund
Process refund according to policy (if applicable)
Refund Policy
100% Refund
- • Cancellation within the first 7 days (service not yet started)
- • Company fails to provide service as committed
- • Serious technical errors from the company’s side
50% Refund
- • Cancellation after 7 days but before 30% of the project is completed
- • Major requirement changes from the customer
- • Cancellation due to force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic, etc.)
No Refund
- • Cancellation after more than 50% of the project is completed
- • Contract terms violation by the customer
- • Service already completed and delivered
- • Cancellation due to personal reasons unrelated to service quality
Refund Processing Time
Refund processing takes 7–15 business days depending on the original payment method.
Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
E-Wallet: 1–3 business days
Cash: Immediately upon completion of procedures
6. Limitation of Liability
Digital Marketing Hub is committed to providing high-quality services; however, our liability is subject to the following limitations:

Business Results
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, profit, or customer volume
Algorithm Changes
We are not responsible for changes in third-party platform algorithms
Third-Party Actions
We are not responsible for the actions of partners or third-party service providers
Force Majeure Events
We are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, war, or epidemics
Maximum Compensation
Direct Damages
Maximum compensation shall not exceed the total contract value paid within the past 12 months.
• Monthly services: Up to 12 months of service fees
• One-time projects: Up to 100% of the contract value
Indirect Damages
We shall not be liable for indirect damages, including:
• Loss of business opportunities
• Reputational damage
• Lost profits
• Replacement service costs
Disclaimer
Customers understand and agree that digital marketing is a complex field with many uncontrollable factors.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and limitations of liability.
